Job Description
The Customer Service Call Center Training Specialist will provide training and development to customer service employees. This role involves developing and conducting training courses, creating training materials, analyzing training effectiveness, and managing attendance and performance. The specialist will also assist with safety procedures and contribute to the agency's Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.
Requirements
