Job Description
The Customer Service Center Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers, partners, and peers in order to achieve Company sales and customer satisfaction objectives. The role involves selling wholesale products and services to Home Depot customers, motivating and encouraging CSC Reps, and utilizing CRM to convert customer leads and assign to CSC Reps.

Requirements

  • Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications
  • Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment
  • Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form
  • Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that create a professional image for Tuff Shed
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Ability to work successfully within a team environment
