Job Description
R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our Meriden, CT Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and to assist customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication/telephone skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
  • General office and customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
