Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Driver of Medical Equipment to join the AMME team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies. You will also provide customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources.
What You Will Do
Deliver medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies to patients and referral sources. Provide customer service over the phone and in-person. Assemble charts and processes paperwork. Update respiratory grid. Collect co-pays and deductible amounts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment, customer service, and deliveries
- Experience in medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
