Job Description
Provide top-level on-site service support to customers in the medical imaging industry, troubleshooting and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment, and installing new equipment.
Requirements
Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and hardware/software configurations
Previous experience working on X-ray and/or CT machines
Field service experience with a geographic territory and strong troubleshooting ability
Relevant IT skills with competence on Windows, Microsoft Office, and network communication
US Citizenship or Green Card holder
Min. 3+ years as service engineer
Multi-vendor experience on X-ray or CT machines
