Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide on-site service support to our customers and set the benchmark for the medical imaging industry.

Requirements

  • Familiar with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and hardware/software configurations
  • Prior experience working on CT, MR, and PET machines
  • Previous field service experience with territory management and strong troubleshooting ability
  • Relevant IT skills with competence on Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and network communication and connectivity
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
