Job Description
The Customer Service Manager provides critical customer service leadership and acts as a central communication link between customers and internal teams, including Marketing, the Quality System Manager, departmental managers, and terminal personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Marketing within a terminal or related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time‐management and organizational abilities
  • Solid decision‐making and problem‐solving skills
