Role OverviewSchneider is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Green Bay to lead the customer service team and work with customers.
What You Will Do
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, interact with and support other departments, work with leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization, identify growth opportunities, provide input into the development and management of customers’ accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years of customer service experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
