Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the customer experience, report directly to the owner, and be responsible for inbound customers through email, phone, and in-person. You will work with clients to understand their requirements and estimate their projects.

You will be in charge of maintaining the flow of projects, staff for maximum production efficiency, and ensure deadlines are met. You will also be trained on our software and procedures and have an experienced staff to work with daily.
