Role Overview

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the overall performance and service provided by the Customer Service Department. They will oversee the warranty activities of the Customer Service Technicians and Assistants, and ensure the delivery of quality products to customers.

What You Will Do

The Customer Service Manager will plan and direct warranty activities, develop and maintain policies and procedures, supervise and coordinate service activities, and recommend changes to products or services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
