Role OverviewThe Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor, leading the team, and driving business. They must maintain standards of excellent customer service, deliver customer service with respect, and build loyalty to the Goodwill brand. The position is a member of the Retail Team.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high-performing teams through effective leadership of Customer Service Associates. The Customer Service Manager must execute retail operations plans, maintain day-to-day operations, and make decisions on matters relating to the day-to-day retail operation.
