Customer Service Manager

As the last point of contact with the customer, our customer service managers ensure that customers can make their purchases quickly and efficiently while handling any problems or questions the customer may have. The customer service manager will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of productivity, and while complying with security and sanitation procedures. The position requires strong communication skills and a passion for serving customers.
