The position involves responding to inquiries, maintaining data integrity, processing orders, and supporting other customer service teams. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer platforms.
  • Auditing purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Enter data into company operating system.
  • Monitor orders and prioritize shipments.
  • Assist Sales & Service Representatives.
  • Support Supervisor/Manager on special projects.
