Job Description
Communicate with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a fast professional manner.

Requirements

  • Respond to customers’ inquiries in a fast professional manner
  • Listen to the customer’s inquiries patiently and seek to resolve them in a manner that meets and exceeds their expectations
  • Enter customer’s orders in an expedited manner utilizing E1
  • Identify errors in orders and make the necessary corrections
  • Communicate any issues with customers to department Managers and seek resolutions
  • Understand and develop relationships with the customers to profitably anticipate and satisfy their needs
  • Scan/File driver paperwork into the Share Folder daily
  • Schedule customer orders in Fuse daily in a timely manner
  • Perform month price audits for customers
  • Use AutoCAD when needed for fabricated orders
  • Use the Daily Tracker to communicate all orders to production
  • Update the TOTAL SQFT/CURRENT SCHEDULE TRACKER at the end of the day and email it to production leads
  • Maintain knowledge of E1 (learning the different parts it offers)
