Job Description
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join their call center environment. Customer Service Representatives will analyze, resolve, and respond to low complexity membership issues, conducting research and serving customers. They are responsible for inquiries, claims, and resolving problems within Department/Corporate Standards.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • One (1) year of related work experience
  • One (1) year of public contact experience (teaching, sales, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of membership policies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated command of oral and written communication
