Job Description
We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers solve problems. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our Away From Home customers and sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and assisting customers with questions and concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (Preferred)
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Knowledge of sales operations, products, and equipment preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
