Job Description
We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers solve problems. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our Away From Home customers and sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and assisting customers with questions and concerns.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience
Strong computer skills and experience working with multiple systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (Preferred)
Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Knowledge of general office procedures
Knowledge of sales operations, products, and equipment preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
