Job Description
Meyer and Associates is seeking a hardworking, reliable individual to handle phone and email inquiries for their Travel Insurance products. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and explaining the features of the offering without cold calling. The position is part-time and offers 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, operating from 8:30am-6pm.
Requirements
Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective travel customers.
Prepare and send travel quotes.
Assist customers purchasing and updating Travel Insurance Plans.
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent communication and listening skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask and adapt to operational processes.
Prior client service experience is a plus.
