Job Description
Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service, and are the first points of contact with our guests, focused on building great relationships.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of professional animal experience
  • Ability to lift/carry 40 pounds or more
  • Ability to stand/walk for eight hours a day
