Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will establish customer relationships, provide prompt and friendly customer service, and maintain a strong work ethic. You will work as an Agent Team Member for a State Farm independent contractor agent, marketing only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

What You Will Do

You will respond to customer inquiries, provide information on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will also work in a team environment and be proactive in problem solving.
