Role OverviewThe job is mainly about customer service, cash accounting, and billing for a public utility company. The job is in-person and requires excellent pay and benefits, including full family coverage with no premiums. The working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
What You Will Do
Handle phone calls for utility services, answer questions and complaints, open new accounts, handle customer billing, payment processing, and debt collection. Initiate service orders for repairs, keep records about complaints and service calls, and communicate effectively with rate payers.
