Job Description
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Rochester, NY, location. The customer service representative plays a crucial role in the organization by directly interacting with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering positive interactions with all callers. This position will be IN-PERSON. The schedule/hours for this position are as follows: Saturday-Tuesday 7:00am - 6:00pm, OFF Wednesday-Friday; Wednesday-Sunday 7:00am - 4:00pm, OFF Monday-Tuesday.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Call center experience required
