Role OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing automotive shop team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling warranty paperwork.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule service appointments, assist customers with warranty claims, provide excellent customer service, and handle basic administrative tasks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, strong communication skills, comfortable with computers and basic software, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
