Home Run Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for its Business Development Center (BDC) at Brodhead Chevrolet.

Requirements

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule vehicle appointments for sales and service, ensuring optimal customer convenience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Assist in managing online leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
