Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Janesville Subaru. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
