Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help people in your community access financial solutions. You'll build connections with customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional in-store experiences.

What You Will Do

Connect with customers, review and process transactions, offer personalized financial services, and maintain customer information. You'll also build new business, assist with customer account management, and participate in in-store and community events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Background check required
