Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll help people in your community access financial solutions by building connections with our diverse customer base, processing transactions, and providing exceptional in-store experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in our high-performance environment, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on customer success.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include connecting with customers, reviewing and validating transactions, offering personalized financial services, and maintaining internal and external store appearance. You'll also engage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately enter data. Proficiency in using phones, POS systems, and other computer systems is also required. Bilingual skills are a plus, and prior experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing is a nice to have.
