Role OverviewThis position is responsible for supporting the growth of our B2B clients by developing signage, print, direct mail and promotional product solutions. The perfect candidate must enjoy juggling multiple projects at the same time, draft estimates quickly, process orders and managing sign and printing projects from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Assist customers with order and estimate inquiries via phone, e-mail and in-person at our downtown office. Manage customer's estimates and orders from start to finish - intake of sign/print specs, draft accurate estimates, review print-ready files, prepping order for production and ensuring that the job is completed correctly on or before due dates.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in sign production or digital print, have comprehensive knowledge of file preparation and understand the estimating process. Must be comfortable communicating with customers in all types of industries and be prepared to work closely with our production and outside sales teams to meet client deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the sign and/or print industry, with a focus on customer and internal production support.
- A positive, upbeat approach to communicating with co-workers and clients alike.
- Comprehensive understanding of all the steps involved in coordinating print and sign projects for production.
- Direct mail marketing experience gets you a leg up.
- Basic understanding of graphic design is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe CS programs, variable data setup and light design/pre-press doesn’t hurt.
- Must be a self-starter who is able to perform research, ask questions, and work with confidence to complete internal and client projects without supervision.
- Able to learn new software and new technology quickly and comfortably.
- Experience with Printer’s Plan or similar print/sign processing software is a plus.
- 2 years of successful inside sales/customer service experience in sign and/or print production.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with B2B customers by phone, via email and during in-office consultation meetings.
- Track record of being technologically savvy, with an ability to grasp new computer systems
- Math. You have a basic background and understanding of how estimating works.
- An aptitude for problem-solving, attention to detail and an eye for color and design.
- A verifiable history of working well with others, not letting stress get to you and raising a hand when you need help (there’s nothing wrong with that!).
