Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of company products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate various vendor websites and business systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two to three years experience with an electrical distributor
  • Prior experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Computer literacy and manual dexterity for data entry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to adapt to new methods and programs
