Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, providers, and health plans requesting non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). You will help coordinate rides to urgent and non-urgent medical appointments while delivering compassionate, accurate, and efficient service to diverse populations nationwide.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call-volume environment
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Ability to work flexible shifts
Must pass a criminal background check and sanctions screening
