Job Description
Hybrid Customer Service Representative role with two days/week in office and the remainder of the week from home. Temporary training schedule of 4 months, with a permanent schedule beginning upon completion. Opportunity to work with a fast-paced call center and build lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent (GED)
Experience in a service field
Intermediate personal computer skills
Knowledge and understanding of call center software
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to multi-task
