Job Description
Hybrid Customer Service Representative role with two days/week in office and the remainder of the week from home. Temporary training schedule of 4 months, with a permanent schedule beginning upon completion. Opportunity to work with a fast-paced call center and build lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience in a service field
  • Intermediate personal computer skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of call center software
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task
