Role OverviewThe Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) is an entry-level role responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience through order processing, customer support, and coordination with internal teams. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting order fulfillment, resolving issues, and contributing to customer satisfaction and profitable growth.
What You Will Do
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple order channels in real time, serve as a primary point of contact for customers, and coordinate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Credit teams to support order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in face to face Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with basic problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, keyboards, and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Basic math skills related to pricing and quantity calculations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn Veseris products, services, and industry fundamentals
- Ability to sit for extended periods and, depending on location, lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments that may include warehouse settings, temperature variation, and potential exposure to hazardous substances
