Customer Service Representative II is responsible for performing duties such as answering incoming calls, managing GP schedule, and handling incoming Emergency patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. The position entails a full-time work schedule with flexibility to attend monthly Leadership meetings and off-site training sessions.
