Job Description
Join the Ashley Family as a Customer Service Representative and provide exceptional customer service, creating positive experiences for every customer. Assist with processing sales orders, customer account management, and cash handling while maintaining accurate records and working cooperatively with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
  • 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
  • Maintain reliable attendance
