The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and professional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior pest control experience necessary — training provided!
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based software programs
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
