Job Description
We at Sheltair are committed to excellence and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide daily contact with customers and co-workers in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
Requirements
A High School diploma or GED
Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
Two to four years' relevant experience in a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills
A valid driver's license
Proficiency in basic math
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
A typing speed of at least 40 - 60 words per minute
A professional appearance
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines
