Customer Service Representative to provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies and maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
