Job Description
We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for handling all incoming calls to our call center, assisting callers, and resolving issues.
Requirements
1 year minimum office experience
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through
Ability to read and interpret information
High level of maturity to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization
Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image
Willingness to work non-traditional shifts
