Peoplelink Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team, responsible for supporting customers through various communication channels and managing customer orders, installations, and claims.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or product support.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Outgoing and professional demeanor.
  • Must have Salesforce Experience in an office setting.
