The Customer Service Representative receives calls to resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, responding to email and text correspondence and acting as a liaison between the branch and the customer.

Requirements

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Recommends potential products or services to management
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
