Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Aftermarket team. The role involves providing enhanced customer satisfaction, meeting company revenue and profit goals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate information transfer.

Requirements

  • Identify key contacts within customer facilities and maintain high profile customer contact
  • Interface closely with Materials, Engineering and Service teams
  • Receive and process customer requests for parts
  • Act as an effective liaison between customers and our business
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Make upsell suggestions to customers
  • Follow-up with customers on open estimates
  • Work with customer procurement systems
  • Maintain the integrity of our Syteline database
  • Help with marketing programs and promotions
  • Assist with gathering market intelligence
  • Create and maintain installed machine library
  • Liaise with the AR Department
  • Empathize with customers and ensure proper complaint follow up
  • Interface with outside vendors
  • Maintain and create price records
  • Enter parts orders into the system
  • Manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate special orders
  • Process repairs, returns, and credit memos
  • Make recommendations to management
  • Make suggestions for safety stock levels
  • Help price start-up spare part kits
  • Assist with general departmental operations
