Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and organized Customer Service Representative to manage out bound calls, drive new appointments, and utilize customer service training to educate and assist customers.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of Customer Service representative experience
  • Strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Service Titan Software Platform Knowledge (preferred)
  • Practical experience in and the methodology behind efficient practices in dispatching
