We are seeking multiple customer service representatives to join our Concord, NH call center team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls related to delinquent balances, payment plans, financial hardships, and service requests.

Requirements

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Assist customers with past-due balances, payment arrangements, and financial hardship options
  • Navigate and update the Customer Information System to review accounts and document interactions
