Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and performing general clerical duties. You will work with a variety of customers, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information. You will also be responsible for processing shipments, managing documentation, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
