Requirements

  • Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
  • Completion of work orders, including verification of client information, equipment detail entry, and eligibility for funding.
  • Data entry, clerical support tasks, physical inventory, and accepting delivery of goods when necessary.
