Job Description
Deliver service excellence to internal and external customers by driving continuous process improvement and collaborating with IT to enhance systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP
  • Ensure customer and material master data accuracy
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to resolve PO issues and optimize allocations
  • Coordinate with Shipping and Transportation on: Delivery scheduling and appointments, Order extensions, OTIF, Delivery discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot customer service and order-related issues
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication with other internal departments
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts and ensure high service standards
  • Strong computer skills with accurate data entry capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
