The Customer Service Representative provides timely, quality customer service, performs research, and assists with special projects. They receive customer orders, review invoices, and respond to general inquiries. The representative also provides additional support, handles complaints, and resolves problems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of real estate, title insurance, or mortgage business
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under time pressures and to sometimes deal with upset customers
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
