Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment maintenance and dispatch, and use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
What You Will Do
Assist customers, use U-Scan technology, move and hook up equipment, clean and inspect equipment, answer questions, prepare rental invoices, and perform other duties as assigned.
