Role OverviewCustomer Service Representative will work as part of a supportive team to provide exceptional service to customers, assist with equipment inspection and maintenance, and use technology to dispatch and return equipment.
What You Will Do
Assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, use U-Scan technology, move and hook up trucks and trailers, clean and inspect equipment, answer customer questions, and prepare rental invoices.
