Job Description
Role Overview

Handle inquiries from Quest client base and Quest IT Department, including providing quotes, processing and tracking orders in a timely manner. Daily communication with outside and Partner Sale Reps regarding client opportunities and quotes.

What You Will Do

Research various distribution resources to obtain best pricing availability, utilize manufacture’s reps, technical support personnel, and websites to answer technical questions, and enter client activity into Quest CRM.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in the Technology field, ability to handle and prioritize client and vendor requests in a timely and professional manner, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in the Technology field
  • Ability to handle and prioritize client and vendor requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Excel and Word
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with proven time management skills
  • Detailed person with the ability to follow instructions with little supervision

Benefits

  • Pay range is $27-$29/hr.
  • 24 pay periods per calendar year
