Role Overview

Customer Service Representative position with General Dynamics Information Technology, utilizing root cause analysis and problem solving skills to manage inbound calls in a state-of-the-art contact center.

What You Will Do

Answering incoming phone calls, providing accurate information to callers, researching issues, and providing alternative solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1 or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Ability to work and train onsite as required
  • Ability to work any full-time shift during contact center hours of operation
  • Access to high speed wired internet connection
  • Access to a quiet work environment free from distractions
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit check
  • Ability to work first 90 days without absences
  • Louisiana residency within a reasonable driving distance of the facility
